Folk musician Pete Seeger did so much to help clean the Hudson.  He wrote and sang songs about the River, and he helped create the Hudson River Sloop Clearwater, a sailing ship which travels the river offering people a chance to experience its beauty as well as learn about the environmental problems along the watershed.
